Bortolomiol Prosecco Brut Prior NV – Italy A crisp dry sparkling wine, ideal as an aperitif. Very frothy, with thick creamy mousse and aromas that includes wildflower, fresh grass, and minerals.
Chateau Val Joanis, Provence, France A clear, pale straw color. Aromatic fruit and white flowers, fresh and clean. Well balanced and crisp with fresh fruit acidity.
Lucien Albrecht Pinot Blanc Balthazar – Alsace, France 100% unoaked Pinot blanc, picked when mature. This delicious wine is fresh with a soft dry fruit. It is harmonious with lively spring finesse.
JD Mâcon Village – Burgundy, France
Mâcon-Villages is a flowery, fruity wine with a clear and brilliant hue. It has a crisp, medium body and a clean, lean acidity. Very pleasant finish.
2002 Wilver Mountain – Ben Lomond Chardonnay, Santa Cruz This Chardonnay has a rich vanilla nose, accented by ripe pear and yellow nectarines as well as a nutty finish with creamy oak. A delicious food wine.

2005 Domaine de Valmoissine – Pinot Noir France Deep in the heart of Provence, located a the site of an ancient monastery, this excellent Pinot Noir is entirely hand picked. Elegance and finesse packed with fruit and a vivid vermeil color.
2001 Silver Mountain Alloy – Bordeaux blend: Award winning wine from Santa Cruz Big yet balanced with a hint of earthy olive and anise while velvety with flavors of currants. Bordeaux style blend of Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon.
Altocedro Malbec – Mendoza, Argentina Limited production with sustainable and organic growing practices, the Altocedro wines are a cult-type wine in Argentina. Deep purple color, powerful aromas of plums and violets, with a long clean finish.
Rock & Vine Three Ranches Cabernet Sauvignon – North Coast, CA This wine is comprised of grapes from Napa, Suisin, and Dry Creek Valleys. This is an intensely rich wine that has firm, integrated tannins, a supple texture, ripe black fruit flavors and spicy elements.
