Step 1
Based on your search profile, we will search for suitable homes and present these to you. Based on our selection, you decide which properties you wish to view.
Step 2
We will make appointments for you with local estate agents or private homeowners to view the homes. It is also possible that we first execute a virtual viewing for you online and a second viewing with you present. Afterwards we will evaluate the houses together.
Step 3
In some cases, it may be necessary to have an architectural inspection carried out, the purpose of which is to rule out any hidden defects that could negatively affect the value of the property. We can help you to organise and carry out this inspection.
When you want to make an offer, we will represent your interests in the negotiations with the owner or the seller’s estate agent and investigate if there are any legal peculiarities with the house, the land or the owner. For example, there may be easements, leaseholds, or other special conditions relating to urban planning and development.
Step 4
If the negotiations go well, we supervise the drafting of the purchase agreement and its verification and we also supervise the process at the notary until delivery and key transfer.
